With the anniversary we propose to dine a la carte for a fixed price. Choose a starter, a second and a dessert for only 28 euros. Do not miss! The Braserie Flo is, without doubt, one of the classic ones of Barcelona, although in the last years their persistence is to add modernity to their great kitchen. Of the hand of chef of all the life, Ferran Granado, the letter goes including new presentations for surprising and always delicious flavors.
With the clear vocation of a natural adaptation to the new tendencies, although without losing the respect to the product, Ferran Granado and its numerous team of young cooks they prepare plates like a succulent one "lenguado" filling, or the Tataki of tuna with salad of hinojo. The seafood, of which or from the entrance to the premises they boast, share protagonism with other prescriptions stars elaborated with duck, from the homemade Foie-gras with Oporto and compota of apple, to the Magret of duck with tatin of handle and sauce raspberry or the Pair of duck with magret. The kitchen of the restaurant Flo also smells of candy, those that every day prepare meticulously and artisan, how more than delicious cakes tatin or frozen caretakers, including the one of basil. And all it accompanied by excellent broths of a warehouse with half hundred of referencicias.
